Runners need to stay hydrated to perform at peak levels, but the body also needs other types of fuel to get to the finish line. This week’s Prevea On the Move offers a sneak peak at Wednesday’s Prevea Pints & Pointers session when Boston Marathoner and Prevea Health Nutritionist Deb Guenterberg will offer tips on how to stay properly fueled during both the training season and race day.
During the Prevea Pints & Pointers session, she will also discuss how train on a gluten-free or vegetarian diet, foods to avoid and how certain foods can either boost or hinder performance.
