Prevea Health nutritionist and fellow marathon runner Deb Guenterberg knows all too well how time consuming it is to train for a marathon. She will discuss training tips for staying fueled and provide healthy and easy ways to prepare meals during your training, complete with a cooking demonstration. Recipes will be available for you to take home and incorporate into your everyday meal plan.
